Tbh Rich you don't really want to be stopped on a busy highway after there has been an accident, you're only leaving yourself open to turn a bad crash into an even worse one.

Unless you're a witness, slow right down obviously but you don't stop incase you cause another incident. In this world if you tried to be a hero and help out, you'd probably end up being sued anyway.
