Only had then both for a day. And did half a tank of petrol in both before the 106 went. Just to compare;) The 106 was quicker. When one or the other was broken? Sounds about right! Surprised RACK hasn't sold yet!

60mm all around. Got a lovely stance but its not practical for me, my street has 7 speedbumps! A 30mm raise should do nicely, bit more on the back.. Just ordered baker bm engine mount kit and adjustable top mounts to play with camber:)

Yes! Which one did you prefer? 106 was better around the bends much more chuckable but 306 was quicker in a straight line both are now fucked though 106 sold it a few weeks after that pic and the new owner ruined it doing this i then bought it back a few years later but the damage was done 306 was a 100% life saver which i have no doubt had i been in the 106 when this happened i wouldnt be typing this now

Exactly how I felt. The 306 was slower on the 'Ring because it didn't feel as quick through the corners. The 106 is much more fun, so I bought another

| Ouch that 306 is a mess!! Glad you came out of that one in one piece! And that yellow Rallye..needs a slap. I went for a 'spirited drive' it the 306 last night and its just doesn't feel as fun or agile as my old 106. it was a smooth twisty country lane and the 106 could have covered it a fair bit quicker than the 306. I don't know the limits of handling on the 306 and am not going to explore than on a public road. The 106 was also quicker in a straight line. Is it bad that I really want another one? The rear steer jobbie on the 306 is SKETCKY to say the least, feels like it could sting you quite bad any moment when powering through a bend! Can anyone recommend a kit or way to solidify the rear beam? | |
