Me and woz went to one of these rallys back in 2005. Went on the sunday but the weekend starts on saturday including some night stages
5 stages (30+ stage miles) on Saturday (SS1 starts midday this year). 2 stages (20+ stage miles) run in the dark (Saturday) 6 stages (50+ stage miles) on Sunday
Pics/vids from 2005
Great shot of rockingham viewing behind turn 1 grandstand & track (Non rally event)
A great event only reason weve not being since is because we keep forgetting lol.
Anyone else up for it? Also the option of both days including the night stages of the saturday?

Added vids to origianal post.
Question is do we make a weekend of it or just do the one day?
Id like to see the night stages myself.

before this goes further i've moved to staff.
2 of your key members are booked on an actual trackday on the 5th. I consider that to be what we're about. Not this. Where the hell do our priorities lie?

fudge, had this e-mail from rockingham!
Rockingham Director Charlotte Orton, said: "Unfortunately due to the adverse weather conditions, together with the organisers of the Rockingham Stages Rally, we have taken the decision to run this year's event behind closed doors.
"Our Operations team have been working tirelessly over the past few days to clear the snow and ice but the continuing sub-zero temperatures mean they are unable to make the site safe for spectators.
"The weather forecast for the rest of the week shows no sign of improvement and therefore for the first time in seven years we have regrettably been forced to close the site to members of the public.
"We would urge anyone who doesn't have an official pass, not to travel to the venue as they will not be allowed access to the circuit and therefore turned away at the entrance gate by Rockingham's security staff."
Question is do we try and sneek in? For rockingham it would mean having someone on the entrance gate all day. Also walking down the road/tunnel into the paddock is another option..... urm
