| Is the Dash in there?? The heating is there, but the pipe bypasses it under the bonnet! That car has one of the longest mot fail sheets I've ever seen - was over 4 pages That said - it has one of the strongest engines I've built - Ignoring the poor paint job on the block/head The engine and box was out of a 1999 GTi I striped with less than 70k on it! | |

| Stu, do you want the heater?
this is the spec list that I was supplied:-
65K gti engine, 206 rocker covers, pug1off cams (similar to 708s), adjustable pulleys, recent belt change, no dyno printout but would reckon on around 150bhp set of front and rear B8s with around 1k miles on them. apex 50mm springs on the strut too 2" pugsport - 500 miles use, still spotless and no damage pair sparco sprint buckets with LUKE 4 points and OMP harnesses Momo wheel with boss 15" 6 spoke Speedlines with nearly new Kumho Ecsta tyres gti-6 callipers, with EBC discs and pads, all with loads of life left
Bit miffed really just fitted adjustable koni around new front spax springs, new wheel bearing, central steering ball joints on the saxo!

| Just the bumper and a few odds & sods to do, although bit worried about the oil leak.... drips if left running unfortunately looks like the head gasket! Spoke to guys at Pug1off today where it has had extensive work done, its got a PH3 inlet cam and milder exhaust cam (for a smother tick-over) apparently. Also need to fit a heater for later this year... crowds | |
