| UpdateBoth bad followed by Good tbh. As a few of the S.E lot knew, i had a problem one night and blew my clutch........lost all drive and had a almighty stink about.... so after 2 days work, she is back on the road! No pictures yet, clutch picture is on the way! Also, while I had the clutch & gearbox off, i put in my atspeed L&B flywheel. Now running a standard clutch, feels VERY strange compared to the old! Haven't got any money atm so major progress is on hold, but have a few more updates on the way! One final pic of current state, in the process of painting the bumpstrips Right a not so much a update. But more a photoshop! I want to spray the badge, and have had two ideas. i shall be doing/buying the rear the same! Its between these two: Diablo Lion Black surround Gun Metal Grey Lion, Black surround And the P.S gives away the bumpstrips too so might as well show some progress pictures | |

| Bit of a shite update
Right. I'm bored at home so i thought I'd update this.
It's broken again. Looking at the symptoms it seems to be a loose connection on the alternator.....hopefully:
- Battery light flickering on & off the whole way home. Turn into my road, and the light stays on, dsah lights fade, headlights flicker, starts missing and lights die. Had to coast down my road and park.
So...waiting for the rain to stop so i can have a look.
Also, been thinking recently and now having a change about. I'm thinking:
- New seats. Fixed buckets. Know what i want, but not saying. So recliners are for sale! - New wheels waiting till 16's sell! - New lump - explained below - Also contemplating Digi dials...... but i'm shite with electrics..... - New Mani.
Yes, so I'm thinking about getting a new lump. Mine is near 110k and it shows. Its filthy, oily, sounds a bit odd, every-time i go under it, the sump, alternator, and everything near is covered in oil. So.....I'm thinking a JP4, and also wanting it set-up properly running perfect, so thinking about swapping the ph4's for ph3's and getting a re-map. As i can't afford forged etc. And feel pocketed isn't the route to go......
The next plans that won't cost much are:
- Paint Inside diablo - Paint Cage Green - Paint inside of bonnet Green - Stack Oil Temp gauge - Re-locating the window switches.

| Current issue sounds like an engine mount, check the upper mounts, possibly a bolt sheared. If that's all good, check the driveshafts for stiff joints, the lower engine mount too, if not then I'd possibly looking at the box!
Saw the car at trax, was looking good!

| Nothing Major. Just a wash! Its not been touched since about 2 weeks before Trax. So its been loooong over due. And hasn't been waxed & clay'd since FCS! Only got a few shots. Reflections Done. Then as it was clean, i thought I'd try my new plate on. Its not finished, needs another coat or two then some laquer. And a update on the Judder.....it still does it. Seems to be once warm-ish, and only in 1st. Did it the other day and caused the car to run poopoo. Wouldn't idle. But its fine again now...... | |

| Update-ishRight, Had this judder for a while now. Started to drive me mad. Got VERY violent at one point, caused the car to run very rough, but sorted itself out. So after a few more answers on my thread one genius told me about his experience and that his gearbox bolts were loose. BOOM so were mine! Yay! So after a trip down Halfords resulted in me buying a new set of allen Key sockets, some loctite & some spring washers. Put these on the front 3/4 bolts that i could reach whilst the car is on the ground! And going to check it tomorrow! Two videos here! One as i realised i have never videoed or have a video of my exhaust. I didn't give it too much, as i was still at home! Annnd next. Whilst doing the above, I noticed its sounds abit tapy in the bay......so I snapped a video to show people the sound to see if its normal! Ignore the footage, more the sound! Comments welcome as always! Updates! Right. Got good & bad updates! So, been having strange driving issues recently. Will bog down & cut out when idling & cruising. So it developed last night after a 20 min drive. Got home to smell somthing rather warm. Opened the bonnet to see my Mani glowing red.....not right! So on with the good news! After a year and a half I HAVE A WORKING DRIVERS DOOR! Whooooooooooop!! ANd then today, i set about wintering the car. So any outside rust was treated! Trs strap has come off & been sold! So covered all the welds for cage & front & Rear tow eyes incl the boot floor. Also got a boot badge through from Galps! Loosk good! Nothing major to come from now. Just got to save for a lower millage jp4 & to get this weird running sorted! Peace. Right! Small update. When i winter proofed the car, I changed the front end a tad. Can you tell? Yup. I changed the strap. New vs. Old | |

| will need mapping if you fit the longer trumpets, or you not planning on fitting untill the new engine.
any reason for wanting to go longer, did they not fit the best size when mapping anyhow?

I didn't go for the longer the first time as i wasn't wanting to cut the scuttle.
But....
Having a major change of heart with the car. Wanting to go a different direction.
