Performance Car Action Day 25.04.2009 Castle Combe

I think everyone probably knows the score with this one by now. Turn up, have a laugh, have a blat around the track, try not to take it too bloody seriously - previous years have been all about who gets the biggest stand, there'll be none of that bullocks this year.

Names on lists for stands and track time. Please be clear on track time how many sessions you want, when in the day you want them etc. I'd also appreciate if cars and people can be listed seperatley until I have an idea of what the rules are on passengers. Ideally follow my format below if its not too much trouble

I'm not anticiapting a massive stand, so it's first come first served. I haven't a scooby on prices yet for track time but I imagine it'll be the usual £15 to £20.

yeah, kinda put me off after the last time. If I want alot of tracktime I'll do a trackday or Half day where the other attendees know wtf they are doing.

I might only do one session............maybe two

hmm not impressed with combe today track action too tame and drifting was crashy
anyone off here go ? saw diy gti ax floating about.

didnt bother. no cars running....open pit day isnt that much more....standard of track driving on these days is errr, at best poor. maybe do one of these events later in the year, but it really doesn't offer much to anyone wanting more

I went with weekendracer as more of a social gathering. we had a couple of sessions to ourselves that was nice which got rid of all the nutters lol

Is my in car footage of our session all together. Really dissapointed with my lines after watching it back. although the camera angle isnt flattering either as you cant see the left side. Need to spend more time there to learn it I think.

From its previous state to now, I have to agree. The wheels are much better.

It's not just the wheels though...

Its the little additions that help.

Silver rear and side badges, silver covers for the rear window bolts, silver bumper/moulding inserts.

I think this may well be the last change for the car.

I may get the green wheels refurbed to standard alloy colour and use them in winter.
