| It's just Quarry tbh....the corner isn't the problem, its the massive dip in the run up to it. I reckon it's turning in early that does it
burp, been meaning to ask you, is your mate selling his V6?

Safe assumption many members on here don't know who they are? Both of them Springs and Keri... were on there 1st track outings. We all live and learn. Bring on the new season.

The last (and only) time ive driven combe was back in 1998, pre chicanes, In my kit car. I was flat out over the rise. Probably due to only having about 70bhp

| quarry is a problem in most car as you come in very hot over avon rise, then quarry is slightly off camber.brake straight and hard and hook it right, ull be reet | |

My reply was not aimed at the general public but more so the thread starter...in the exact same way that Alex's comment would not have been known by all. I do appoligise if I may have upset anyone with my comment but Me and Ape + 5 others I knew from the day were also on our first outings and got on ok. Either way as you say we all live and learn, and I can safely say that quarry can be quite a tricky corner from the exact reasons in the post above. We having a meet this month mate or nothing planned? oooo has nick still got his 106GTI BTW ?

oooo has nick still got his 106GTI BTW ? Oooppss... sorry... tomorrow sort of a meet/bufty get together..... Ericas bufty. Nick still has his 106, the buyers bailed on him. He says he is going to keep it now, and is hoping to have it running on the track for PCAD in April.

| was stood at quarry that day the blue ibiza at begginning was doing same every time he came round , i think it due to oil after a 205 seized up on entry and spilt its engine all round the racing line of quarry . love the circuit dearly always thrills and spillsn in wet . | |
