Hey folks. Looks a really cool site Got directed here by Sam (with the sexy purple 200SX)

I'm Dave, 22 and from Worcestershire. Owned a 2004 Iggy Sport for about 4 years and in last year or so got much more interested in track days. Early 2009 I bought an old school proper little track slagged EF Civic. Did a couple of track days in it and loved every second of them (I'm addicted now lol) !!!!!! Civic has since been sold and now money is being thrown at the iggy to transform it into something a bit special Major work wont start until early next year though (Expensive December with mrs bday & xmas etc etc). Would love to eventually get into some sort of hill climbs and maybe some learn beginner rallying possibly in the future. For now though, I think I'll try and stick to track and see if I can improve my driving 1st.

Will upload pics of the cars when i get chance.

I'm also part of the events team for WWW.JPOC.CO.UK. -- Mainly midlands based.... Japanese Performance Owners Club but constantly growing. Only been up and running for about 18 months but a great site and also home of the BDC Pro and Pro AM TEYAKI TEAMS and TEYAKI AUTOS.

Maybe if you have any trackdays in and around midlands, I can pass the details onto our members and get a few people to attend. We have some very keen chaps who are itching to get their jap metal on the track!

Anyways, enough waffling from me.

Its relatively standard apart form few aesthetics and some minor performance mods. Been on tight budget for past few years (mortgage, bills etc etc) Mrs is now fully qualified and her pennies are rolling in, which free up my spare pennies Early next year some big plans are in store for it

When i got it, I was 18 & in desperate need of a new reliable car to get me through the winter when my metro died on me. Wasnt really interested in cars at the time, saw this for sale on the net and paid for it without even looking at it (young and naive lol) Since then, had 4 years free motoring spsrt from usual servicing and tyres etc etc. She ticked over the 40,000 marker today too

Only about 150 yellow ignis sports left in the UK according to department for transport and from suzuki themselves. So starting to hold their value a little bit better Suzuki needed a production car to base their Super 1600 JWRC car on, so they made and released limited numbers of these little brutes They came 1st and 3rd in 2004 in JWRC so that must say some positives for them (God i waffle too much lol)
