Came round the final bend, taking it steady and back wheels clipped the curb. Kicked it out and I wasnt able to hold the slide.

My mates all said afterwards they were wondering how it happened as I wasnt going quick into the corner. I have seen loads of people lose it there so I knew to be careful.

Car is coming home today so when my knee allows it will be stripped to see how bad damage is. Looking like a reshell project at the minute.

On crutches for now though Sad

Gutting about the car, hopefully can be sorted out.

I remember see'ing Simon Norris stack the Evo, couldn't believe how high he managed to hit the safety railing.

Thats off my account Noob! Icon_lol

Funnily enough he crashed the new car, at Combe the very next year Noob! Icon_rolleyes

Simon Norris only ever uses the Green Evo 9 for TOTB @ Elvington and showing off at car shows. I think due to the amount of surgery that car body has seen it doesn't comply with most Saloon car series regulations.
