BBC Weather says it's gonna be sunny on Friday. Happy days.

Didn't fancy sloshing through puddles of standing water on cut slicks.

Budget tyres are probably a good choice at Llandow as the surface is pretty rough and grips well in the dry. I found soft road tyres (Eagle F1s) started to melt after a few laps.

I'm so excited I feel like a kid going to Disneyland.

Well I'm f**king gutted, front passenger wheel bearing has gone pop... major play.

I'll hopefully still be there though, managed to source a bearing, dropping it off at the garage tomorrow morning, they should be able to fit it and I should have it back to sort out tomorrow evening... it's been non-f**king-stop, I litterally haven't stopped since I got back this evening at 5:30ish, it's now quarter to 11 lol!

This is really annoying l actually have the money to do this track day now but lm being made redundant on the 31st aug but lm told l have a good chance of getting this other job.

However of course if l dont get the job ill regret doing Llandow lol

Correct! It's no ball of fire though as I've had to wind the timing well back to stop the engine knocking on boost.

Should be able to give a couple of passenger rides if I manage to make Jim feel seasick. I've managed it with another of my mates before at the Nurburgring.

Got mine fixed too after it decided to try and destroy itself the day before the track day. Steering wheel decided to randomly come off! I've got a hell of a vibration from somewhere though Hopefully my newly balanced track wheels solve that!

LOL, think mine wasn't a wheel bearing at all... still got the same problem?

Pretty sure it's got a tapered shaft when it shouldn't have. It'll be alright though, at least I know nothing's coming off lol.

All packed now, back seats have had to come out and I've strapped stuff down! Just about to stick my helmet and sleeping bag in and I'm done I think.

Just finished packing, I feel like a kid in a fudging candy store! And helmet.. knew there was something I've forgotten. BRB.
