That on a track day? Might not of had a roll cage. When you think about it our road cars are crap on saftey compared to a race car lol. Particularly our older cars.

More noobish questions I'm afraid, but I'd rather know in advance, as it's my first time.

How much fuel will I likely use over the day, can I fill up before/at circuit?

Where do I leave my tools/jack etc while on track?

Should I lower my tyre pressures by a few psi?

Is there somewhere to buy lunch or do I need to bring food?

How long are the sessions, how many cars per session?

Should I change engine oil/box oil after the trackday?

Chance's are you will use a full tank of fuel you can fill up at the last meeting point Cardiff west servies

Your tools and stuff you can leave in the space where you leave you car no one will steel anything as it should only be our club there

There is a cafe on site that is ok for food so just bring some cash with you as there is no card machine

Ten cars per session in the morning then open pit in the afternoon i think its 15 min sessions in the morning

Your oil should be fine its breaks you might need to buy as Llandow is hard on them

i'd change the oil after the trackday, i do it after every one.

Whatever your tyre pressures should be, you need to aim for that HOT. so lower a few psi and check regualrly. Remember they will need pumping back up when cold again/normal road driving
