Llandow 23/02/2011 - Follow up thread (pics and chat).

Like i said in another thread. I dont claim to be any good with a camera. Only had it for xmas. Took a total of 171 shots. Pickes 23 that i liked and uploaded them to Flickr.

Well.......lol stu knows my response on that haha.

I loved the little White pug with orange wheels, sams car made me laugh it was going hell for leather, I enjoyed playing spot the red mr2 :-P saw 2 spin outs-White Mazda+black pug and a White Clio+red mr2 go through the cones instead of turning lol!!

Who ever had the silver Clio hope it gets better soon+hope you fix your mr2 aswell Stu :-)

Next time il be bringing Oky but she won't be going on no track!!

and a big thank you got 2 james for allwoing me to have my 1st track session after his car was unable to continue

& sam for helping me on the track

Really enjoyed today, thanks to Tony for initially coming out with me for the first session, it made a big difference knowing which lines to take (not that I followed them every time)

Had one very hairy moment coming down to the bus stop too quickly. In the back of my mind I was planning on taking the 'oh poopoo' lane, until I saw Tony was already stopped in it so I had to haul the Integra around the left hander and just held on to it!

Good to put some faces to names, hopefully see you all on track again soon. Also hope the damaged/broken cars are easily fixed

had a great day, was passenger and second driver in the grey 205 gti6 i had some good battles with the tb'd 16v clio and a stripped 182. was also passenger in the black 306 gti6.

some good cars there, after watching the white 106 rallye it really needs some softer suspension settings, waaay to bouncy and leading to alot of twiching

Well ive got to say thats the fastest ive ever driven in the rain even if it was only for 9ish laps Never mind my sis ley me have a go in her Del sol so that made me smile. Very impressed with the guys that have never been out on track before also sorry to Burp when he was following me when i was in my sisters car i had a few twitchy moments was tying not to get in your way. Nice to meet a few new guys Simon (Gunge) Dan88, Jimmy and a few others. Jezza sorry about you car dude im sure she will be really for combe. All in all apart from the shite Welsh weather a good day roll on combe.

First off, bug thanks to the B4T team for sorting it out! Hope all cars got home safe.

Was my first time on track and I loved it, Bora did me proud.

It is certainly a fun track, cant wait for a day there when it is dry!

Car did 250 miles today, including track and only used 1/2 tank! It was showing 42.3mpg when I got home, petrol is the future!

And Steph...your lights were annoying we pulled over because we thought you were flashing us to stop!

Not sure if the belt took the alternator out or the other way round on jamesy's car. On the plus side mate just spoken to my bro and he has an alternator with all his other spare prelude parts, we just need to pick them up!

Stu...you're a nutter in a rear wheel drive car! Was fun sliding around a lot though!

Gutted about your Prelude Jezzer! Hope you're neck is ok and not too much work to get it back in one piece...good excuse for an ally rad now though!

Good point. I did hear it was nearing the 2-3mpg region.

Maybe I need to re-phrase it to German petrol turbo's are the future

Had an awesome day, even though i only got about 15 laps in, was impressed with everyones driving ability and track etiquette, good to meet a few new members, sorry if I didn't get round to saying hello personally but I ended up under the bonnet of most cars throughout the day!

Had a brilliant day, weather aside, but did at least manage to get a couple of drier sessions in early afternoon

The Rallye was almost faultless other than that bloody alternator belt squeal, the wipers having a spazzy five minutes and the brakes needing a check over at the weekend (think I've got a leak somewhere as they got progressively worse driving home!). My co driver was surprised and impressed at the performance of the nearly standard 8v engine

I took the camera but didn't even get it out of the bag. I do have some tasty 720p videos uploading to Youtube at the moment, some good footage of Sam trying to roll and me and Jez giggling at it

I'm now in two minds whether I do want to sell for an S2000 after the summer, so I can official become a member of Mincers Anonymous now

I had a great 3 laps, so can't really comment on the driving standards :/

Was home by 5, trailered by the RAC and at 20mpg on the road, this saved me a fair bit if fuel tbh

Nice to meet a few more faces though
