| Do the MR2 people on here get brake fade on track? What brake set up are you running?
I've got Red pads, drilled and grooved discs and stock rubber hoses

| Stevie I just run what they use in the Mr2 championship. As far as pads & discs go.
XP8 Carbotech pads Standard discs
Motal RB660 brake fluid (very important)
I have braided lines but you won't need them. I've never faded my brakes with this setup.

| Ryan if you pedals going to the floor you've boiled your fluid mate. It's was the weak point on my car until l changed to Motal 660. | |

| Yes mate, just ordering a service pack off Opie before I go, I'm hoping to be mapped before it too, either that or have my boost controller set up with a bit more boost to give me a bit more go | |

| As said by Adam get good stuff and a good balance. No point using expensive high friction pads if you use the cheapest dot4 you can find as the heat will boil the fluid quickly. I had castrol super dot4 (now called react I think) with black diamond pads and ended up with pad fade. So then bought hawk hp+ and then because the pads were so good they created loads of heat and boiled the same castrol fluid. My next move would have been rbf 660! Just bear in mind just because a fluid says dot5 or 5.1 doesn't mean it's better than a 4, it's the boiling points you want to look at.
In regards to braided lines imo they are worth it. Why spend £300+ on good brakes and then rely on 15-20 year old rubber brake lines. They definitely created a lot more pedal feel on my old lude.
