| I have narrowed it down to 3 engines to use in the Cinq
MR2 (Turbo and Non-Turbo)
or an MGF
I will buy a whole car and use the parts I need and then sell the rest.
What engine should I use and why?
I think the turbo maybe to much for the cinq....

| K series is far more tunable, and far cheaper for parts when you break it. Which you will. | |

| MR2 turbo/Celica GT4 engine but unless you pay 2k for the car you will more than likely end up with a dog so l would give the turbo engine a miss unless you rebuild it. Rev 1-2 220bhp and rev 3-5 is 240bhp. Would be stupid fast though a standard rev 3-5 turbo is 5.2 seconds to 60mph.
Non turbo wont go wrong and could pic a shabby rev 1 up from £600 with 158 bhp. (Rev 3-5 173bhp) Also some of the celica's use the 3SGE motor.
Aint got a clue about the rover engine.
Ill be keeping an eye on you and stu if l see you hanging around the back of my car the weekend lol.

| weight is a factor (as i sit here munching cheese and ham sandwhich) however it is healthy because cheese is from milk, which gives you calcium and its on wholemeal bread which isnt bad for you at all | |

| ok but K series can be had from any number of other poopoo cars. got 2 volvo turbo engines sitting here that'd do better 170bhp out the box, and yours for the princely sum of £300 | |
