Which cars are the TU5J4 (1.6 16v) engines found in - I'm looking for the one with the lowest insurance group. Might make getting a quote for conversion cheaper? Although that might not be true!

A 1.6 conversion is a 1.6 conversion...
Why not keep it 1.1 with a bike engine?

I thought it did. I'm ringing later, I was around £100 extra on a Rallye lump so hopefully it won't be too savage and ruin my dreaaams.
Might be putting a deposit down on a low mileage 16v lump w/ gearbox unlocked ECU loom rad fan basically everything I need except getting the wiring spliced which I'll get ryanMT to do.

Only managing to do it thanks to Chris and Kris' offer of help fitting it - they've converted Chris' old flat arch but unfortuantly never ran right and Chris couldn't find the problem
