| Just lower intake temps. Although the main reason I did it was for summer track days.
Having an intercooler at the front would cause mega lag with all the piping.

| the lag isnt mad lag if you were to do the front mount but its still lag, Tim @ Tb did the math i think once,
its running IC pipes under the entire length of the car that would be more of an issue i think.
i run a Greddy Sidemount which works awesome also

At least 2020 is closer than 2021....will the passion waggon last that long? Erm no its not legal lol. But since it fits the jap style plate holder it dont look that bad, sort of

| Damm your getting closer ive only added 3. Time for a re-count l think lol It was SFS hoses sticker you gave me sam not samco lol. But the car does also have SFS hoses on the C/C rad so it could go on. I couldnt find a spot for it but if you catch up it will be on the front bumper infront of the sfs hose | |

| 1/4 Mile times from Japshow at Santa Pod today. Run 1 - Launch felt great! Slight wheel spin as wanted, then it gripped and shot off. 13.0724 @ 109.91mph Run 2 - Crap launch spun the tyres, rear was bouncing/bang bang as the tyres skipped. 13.1696 @ 108.82mph Run 3 - Lots of wheel spin through 1st. Although it was smooth wheel spin until run 2. 13.3556 @ 108.75mph Run 4 - Slight bog on launch as l came off the clutch but no loss in traction. Didnt feel as good as run 1 though. But the time speaks for itself. Im well happy with this lol 12.9414 @ 111.13mph 99.42mph in 10.8910 seconds Love this car lol Stu, imagine what the city will do!! | |

| It was a good show but lacks the on track action you get at the circuits imo. I find drag racing fun to do but not to watch lol. Plenty of nice cars though Cheers Chris I'm really happy with how the cars looking now. Although the calipers and wheels need re-painting. Think ill get all 8 wheels refurbished Matt black during road salt season when the cars off the road. Along with a new set of track tyres. | |

| Decided to sort out the crap speakers! They had being killed. My head unit had also broken so fitted the kenwood unit that came with the car. Although its mostly in japanese. And whatever 60-16K is can be adjusted so takes a while to decide what you like best lol Doorcard off and speaker out. Same again the other side. Showing old speaker. Soldering action. New Kenwood unit. Did away with the rear 10cm speakers below the quater windows to use the wiring for a pair of standard subs out my old n/a mr2. Just had to cut the carpet and run the wiring to the subs. Then solder the wires up and it was sorted! Then needed to play with this. Turned down the amp output thingy so it was setup to power subs and not speakers. After a few adjustments they sound fantastic! More bass than l got out the standard toyota amp. Fronts sounds great as well. Very happy | |

| Nicely done! Nicely timed too, could do with the old headunit back to stick in the 5 when it sells lol It's no wonder your old front speakers sounded blown with that kind of mounting though! | |

| Only standard if you have the option extra active sound system. This one didnt but my old n/a did. Removed the subs before it was taken.
Had another play with the radio today. Has many options which is made harder when its mostly in jap. But now got it on "stadium" setting and sounds its even better! Kind of adds an eco sounds awesome lol.
Left me with a problem though. I planned on buying a single din radio and have oil temp, pressure & volts mounted above the radio in a din gauge holder. Im now 100% keeping this radio so not sure where the guages are going now. Dont really want an a pillar pod. Maybe the air vents...

| Looking good ad (or should I say sounding good?)! Can you not get a gauge pod that mounts to your dash, then smooth it in and get the dash flocked!

| I could go down the top dash mount route but I'd rather have the a pillar pods over the dash mount.
Think ill leave the air vents idea as well simply because in the winter with the roof off the heater vents are useful lol.
So looks like it will be a pillar mount with oil temp & pressure gauges.
